Capt. Harry Lero is currently over Tayabas Bay

Good morning!

Capt. Harry Lero is currently over Tayabas Bay aboard Quicksilver on their way to Kalibo to perform a medical evacuation (our 964th medevac mission) on a 92 years old male from Germany who suffered a heart attack. The man was said to have arrived in Boracay last night via a vessel.

The old man was said to have slipped while swimming in a 4 feet deep water and he was rescued by coastguards. He was brought back to the vessel however, he lost consciousness and had difficulty breathing so he is currently being transferred to Kalibo by land.

The responding doctors decided to bring the patient to St. Gabriel for initial treatment and condition stabilization before he is to be transported by Airgurus Ltd. Co. to Makati Medical Center.
